- What any idiot that supports this bill doesn't see is that it puts that burden of supporting the family on the child. If the child has a real learning disability making it necessary for that child to be held back...benefits are being withheld, it's the child's fault.

- I work in a title I school, trying to get a hold of parents when their children LIVE with them and are sick can be impossible. They ignore the phone because it comes across caller ID as unknown, they don't listen to or return messages...I'm wiling to bet that is EXACTLY what happened here.
